DSI recognizes that most drivers are looking for a permanent position. Our programs are focused on the goal of placing our drivers with our corporate customers. Our proven track record in this area sets our program apart from other placement services.

Finding the right job in the transportation industry isn’t always easy. DSI prides itself on knowing exactly where the best jobs are. We specialize in transportation staffing working one-on-one with our drivers. We provide personal attention, treating them as a valued professional. DSI is the simplest way for professional truck drivers to find out about available truck driving jobs. Our driver recruiting program is designed to communicate open truck driving jobs to the driver community in more ways than they can accomplish alone. As always, there are no fees or charges for applying and being hired for any of our positions.


DSI drivers are required to complete a rigorous screening and application process before they are eligible for placement with your company.
You can be assured that every driver is DOT compliant and will meet or exceed your hiring criteria. Again, we can “Custom-Tailor” a program just for you.


  • Provide timely and undamaged deliveries for our customers in the safest, most efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Operate assigned vehicle safely and legally, including compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations, and all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Complete all required documents and paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Represent DSI and our Client in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Perform all duties safely – protecting yourself, equipment and cargo from injury or accident.
  • Perform “Pro-Tread System” online safety training and testing.


  • (21) twenty-one years of age with a valid commercial driver license (A or B).
  • (1) One year minimum of recent verifiable driving experience.

  • No more than two moving violations in the past (3) three years in any type of vehicle.

  • No DOT defined accidents in the last (3) three years in any type of vehicle.

  • No DWI or DUI convictions in the past (7) seven years.

  • No felony convictions of a criminal offense in past (7) seven years.

  • Pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen.

  • Know the last (10) ten years of employment history (including companies, addresses, phone numbers and dates).
